How do I choose my treatments?
We offer a menu to pamper, relax and revive the body. When you view a treatment, the benefits along with duration and price are advised. If you would like further help our therapists can select those treatments that are most beneficial to you. You will find our contact details on our page.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive on time to your appointment so we can welcome you and give you enough time to complete your confidential consultation questionnaire. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your treatment time. Your treatment will end on time so the next client will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
What shall I wear?
Wear whatever is comfortable. On arrival, your therapist will explain the elements of your treatment and advise what items of clothing should be worn during it. During treatments, all our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately for privacy.
Do I shave before my treatment?
Shaving is not recommended prior to service. If you choose to shave, please do so at least six to eight hours before your appointment. Avoid prolonged sun exposure for 24 hours before or after waxing. Avoid any physical activity that will cause excessive heat or perspiration following the service.
Do you have to be a certain age to enjoy treatments?
Luxe Spa & Skin Clinic only except clients who are 18 years of age or older. Clients under 18 years of age are not eligible for any treatments. Phone and social media bookings are for clients 18 years of age or older.
What if I am about to be a mother?
There are treatments and services that should be avoided during pregnancy, specifically in the first trimester, but there are a few that can be enjoyed. If you may be pregnant at the time the appointment is due we do prefer to speak to you personally to book in the most suitable experience for you.
What if I have special health concerns?
All treatments booked, are subject to medical status. During the consultation process if you answer ‘Yes’ to a specific health related question or pregnancy, we may not proceed with the booking. Instead we would prefer to speak to you personally and ask that you contact us. If you have any concerns regarding your health or body, please let us know.
Would I need to pay a deposit for my appointment?
A deposit fee of 20% of the treatment will need to be made to confirm an appointment with the remainder paid on the day of the appointment.
How can I cancel / change my treatment booking?
If you wish to change or cancel an appointment we ask for 48 hours’ notice otherwise your consultation fee will be chargeable. If you do not arrive then we will retain your consultation fee and deposit if suitable notice is not given. Please contact us directly to cancel your booking on 07432532440 (Monday to Sunday 10am – 10pm).
How and what do I pay?
We accept cash, credit cards and debit cards payments. When making an appointment you will be informed that you will be charged £30 for a consultation which will be deducted from your final payment. Upon arrival to your appointment, you will be required to pay for the remainder of the appointment booking.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT and are correct as of August 2018 and are subject to change without notice.
Duration
The length of the appointment booked includes consultation and any changing time.
How can I make the experience last longer and continue the benefits at home?
As part of your complete experience, our trained therapists will gladly recommend a skincare routine to enable you to continue the benefits of your treatment at home. We will advise you on products available to buy directly from us.
Clinic tips
To ensure a wonderful treatment experience, please make us aware of any preferences that you may have. Talking with your therapist will help them customise their service to ensure maximum enjoyment.
Re-hydration is an important part of treatment aftercare. We, therefore, recommend that you drink plenty of water.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
