Terms & Conditions
Consultations are charged at £30 and are recommended 24 hours prior to treatment. If a booking is made and paid for on the day the consultation fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
Deposit fee of 20% of the treatment will need to be made to confirm an appointment with the remainder paid on the day of the appointment.
Cancellation and Rearrangement of Appointments
Notice of at least 48 hours will be required for the cancellation or rearrangement of appointments. This is to give a suitable amount of time to offer the appointment to another client. 10% of the deposit fee will be returned if the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours before the appointment with the remaining 10% used to cover administration charges. The deposit fee will be retained if suitable notice is not given.
Clients must be 18 years or older. Proof of age will be required upon consultation before treatments are approved.
All prices are inclusive of VAT and are correct as of August 2018 and are subject to change without notice.
The length of the appointment booked includes consultation and any changing time.
Medical conditions and Health Concerns
All treatments booked, are subject to medical status. If you have had, or are suffering from any medical condition we strongly advise that you speak with your doctor prior to booking your treatments. The set of guidelines below is not an exhaustive list and only serves to highlight some of the main medical indicators where treatments may not be advised: PREGNANCY, MOBILITY PROBLEMS, ACTIVE/UNDER ACTIVE THYROID, VERRUCAS/WARTS, HEART PROBLEMS, EPILEPSY, SKIN DISEASES/DISORDERS, DIABETES, METAL PINS/PLATES, CLAUSTROPHOBIA, EAR INFECTIONS, CANCER, SURGERY IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS, NUTS OR WHEAT ALLERGIES AND SEAFOOD/SHELLFISH ALLERGIES. Please be assured our therapists have your health and well-being at the forefront of their concerns. If you have any of the above medical conditions there may be a risk or restriction to any of the treatments listed and you are advised to contact us or your GP prior to arrival. We do ask that all clients complete and sign the confidential consultation questionnaire on arrival.
We ask that you arrive on time to your appointment to allow time for you to fill in a consultation form and relax prior to the treatment. If you are late for your treatment we will endeavour to maximise the remainder of your appointment time but full charge for the treatment will be taken. Car parking is available but limited. Please do not park in front of or in any neighbouring premise driveway.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
